MUFICATA born as evolution and expansion of MULTIFINANCIAL CAPITAL s.c.p. a Strategic Corporate Finance Consulting firm in 1990. It has provided strategic consulting services in Merged and Acquisitions, Financial, business and management to Small and Medium Enterprises [SME] in the Barcelona region.

From the first boom of Internet and before a technological and organizational reengineering process MUFICATA has become an advanced and European leader in the use of the Information and Communication Technologies, in particular over/on Internet.
